Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted if reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please send proof of purchase and photos to our official WhatsApp.

• Items must be shipped back through a courier recommended by Star Fashion. For international customers, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

• If your return is approved after inspection, you will be offered:

  • A refund (item cost only, shipping excluded), or

  • A store credit for future purchases.

• Exchanges are currently not available.

• Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Reported after 72 hours,

  • Items are not returned in original condition/packaging,

  • Items are damaged due to improper care or alterations,

  • Proof of issue is not submitted.

• Address change requests cannot be entertained once the order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery

• Processing vs Delivery: Orders are first processed and dispatched, then delivered. Delivery time is 3–5 working days within Pakistan after dispatch.

• Dispatch notification: You will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp confirmation 24 hours before dispatch.

• Delivery charges: Shipping costs vary by order size and destination. These are calculated at checkout before payment.

• International orders: Customs duties and taxes outside Pakistan are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Acceptance & Security

• Orders may be cancelled if:

  • There are errors in product or pricing information,

  • Unusual order volumes are placed,

  • Payment verification fails or appears suspicious.

• Your order is only confirmed once you receive a Star Fashion Order Confirmation Email/WhatsApp.

Privacy & Data

• Your personal information (name, phone, address, payment details) is protected and handled under our Privacy Policy.

• Star Fashion will never share or sell your information to third parties.

Product Information & Colours

• We aim to display our outfits as true-to-life as possible. However, actual colors may slightly vary due to lighting, fabric dyeing techniques, and screen settings.

• Embellishments and handwork are crafted by artisans, so minor variations are part of the natural design process.

Content & Pricing

• Product descriptions, measurements, and prices are updated carefully. In case of errors, Star Fashion reserves the right to cancel or amend orders.
