Shipping & Delivery

• Processing vs Delivery: Orders are first processed and dispatched, then delivered. Delivery time is 3–5 working days within Pakistan after dispatch.

• Dispatch notification: You will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp confirmation 24 hours before dispatch.

• Delivery charges: Shipping costs vary by order size and destination. These are calculated at checkout before payment.

• International orders: Customs duties and taxes outside Pakistan are the responsibility of the customer.
