Starfashion is committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

General Guidelines

Products can be exchanged or returned to our warehouse within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the product is unused, all tags are intact, and the packaging is in its original condition with the invoice attached.
Products bought on sale are NOT eligible for exchange.

Please note that the colours of the actual item may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings, and therefore, products are not eligible for exchange for this reason.

Additional fabric or patches included with the product are mentioned in the product description on the website. Any excess fabric or embellishments utilised during shoots will not be provided unless mentioned in the description.


Local Orders (Within Pakistan)

Exhange of Full-Priced Items

Product sizes of full-priced items can be exchanged (if stock is available) by sending the product back to our warehouse via a local courier service within 10 days from the delivery date. Please note that the return courier charge will not be covered by StarFashions.


Exchange for Another Item

Exchange for another item is applicable for full-priced products only. Send the product back to our warehouse via a local courier service within 10 days from the delivery date. Any additional costs on top of the item and the courier charges will need to be covered by the customer.


Free Pickup for Wrong or Defective Items

We offer free pickup services if a wrong or defective item was delivered. The claim period for these issues is 10 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the replacement process for pickup and delivery can take up to 3 weeks, depending on item availability.


Courier Service Compensation

We do not offer any courier service compensation unless specifically requested by our representative.


Follow Washing Instructions

We kindly request our valued customers to strictly follow the washing instructions.


Exchange Rate Application

The current exchange rate will be applied to the refund of returned or exchanged items.


Sale Item Compensation

If the item being returned goes on sale, compensation will be based on the current discounted price rather than the original purchase price.

 

Assessment and Store Credit

Once your returned product is assessed by our team, you will be offered an exchange or store credit (e-currency, applicable only online), subject to availability.

International Orders 

Return and Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns and exchanges on any international orders. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will send a fresh item after necessary investigations. If the ordered product/size is out of stock, we will offer a full amount of store credit or a full refund.


Notification of Discrepancy

Notify us of any discrepancy within 10 days of delivery. We will not cater to any exchange/return requests after this period.


Exchange Rate Application

The current exchange rate will be applied to the refund of returned items.

Return Activity Monitoring

We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges at StarFashions online and offline stores in all instances.

Refund Policy


No Refund Policy

We have a No Refund Policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock or defective. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two weeks of processing. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.


Refused Parcel Claims

We will not entertain any refund claims if the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Instead, store credit (usable on the website ONLY) will be issued against the refused parcel once received back at our warehouse.


Out of Stock Articles

For out-of-stock articles, a partial refund (for paid orders) will be credited back to your account (if requested) after the remaining order is shipped. If the entire paid order is canceled, the refund will be processed within approximately two weeks.

StarFashions does not take responsibility for items purchased from unauthorized sellers or individuals. We request our customers to only place orders from our official website, www.starfashionofficial.com, or any of our official StarFashions outlets to get original StarFashions products at actual prices. We are not responsible for purchases made from unauthorized resellers, individuals, Facebook, or Instagram pages.
